How it works

There is no checkout button on this site on purpose. Quotes, payment and delivery all happen in one Discord ticket, so nothing gets lost between a form and an inbox.

Open a ticket
Head to the Gravity Host Discord and open a Gravity Services ticket. Tell us what you want built — a rough idea is enough to start.

Scope and quote
We turn that into a written scope: what is included, what is not, and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you agree to it.

Build with updates
Work happens in your ticket. You get progress updates and previews as it goes, so you can steer it before it is finished.

Delivery and support
Files, source and documentation land in the ticket. Bug fixes on what we built are covered after handover.

The team that runs the nodes
We operate Gravity Host: two bare-metal Ryzen 9 nodes, a Pterodactyl panel and the tooling around them. The people building your project are the ones who keep that running.
Fixed scope, fixed price
You get the scope in writing before work starts, and the price does not move afterwards. Anything outside it is quoted separately rather than billed as a surprise.
You keep the source
Plugins, bots and sites ship with their source code and the repository is yours. Nothing is locked to us, and we do not resell your work.
One thread, start to finish
Brief, updates, previews, delivery and aftercare all live in the same ticket, so there is a record of every decision you can scroll back through.
